You will own the quality assurance process across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute testing strategies, plans, and methodologies within Agile frameworks.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) users and prepare associated test scripts.
• Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, estimate effort (LOE), and walk through test scenarios for customer sign-off.
• Test defects, conduct root cause analysis, and assist developers in bug recreation.
• Review metrics to identify process optimization areas and conduct smoke testing for script readiness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, holding ISEB/ISTQB practitioner level or equivalent.
• Proficiency in implementing testing strategies supporting Agile development for 8+ years.
• Extensive experience with test management/Version Control tools (Azure DevOps, TFS, Git) and writing test cases in Gherkin for 8+ years.
• 8+ years writing complex SQL queries in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and handling XML for test data creation/maintenance.
• Knowledge of a programming language such as Ruby, Java, or Python for 8+ years.
• Experience working in both Windows and Linux environments for 8+ years.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
