Senior Software Testing Lead

You will lead the testing lifecycle from requirement analysis to final delivery and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and organize testing processes, including test plans, schedules, and estimates.
• Manage end-to-end test activities, including test case creation, execution, and requirement traceability (RTM).
• Analyze user stories to identify gaps, prioritize testing, and create workflow diagrams.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on defects and implement preventive measures.
• Track project metrics, manage team utilization, and report status through governance calls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and lead roles.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing and Test Execution.
• Experience with Automation Testing and Python Automation.
• Strong knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Ability to perform risk analysis and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Expertise in test design techniques, estimation techniques, and testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage defect leakage metrics, test coverage, and effort variance.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating test environment and test data provisioning with DevOps.
• Familiarity with continuous testing frameworks.
