Description

You will develop embedded software and manage low-level system integration in a Linux environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead new board bring-up processes and hardware integration.
• Write software for hardware interfaces including I2C, SPI, UART, SMBus, PCI-E, NVMe, NOR Flash, DDR, EEPROM, GPIO, and USB.
• Develop Linux kernel modules and manage multi-threading and inter-process communication.
• Implement embedded software within Linux and U-Boot environments.
• Design complex systems and produce functional and design specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Expert-level C programming.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, and Linux shell scripting.
• Deep experience with Linux environments and kernel module development.
• Strong understanding of multi-threading and IPC.
• Hands-on experience with hardware interface protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ARM SoCs and TCP/IP networking.
• Knowledge of REST, gRPC, Yocto, and CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with Containers, Gitlab, and Jira.
