Description

You will lead green-field PLM implementation programs for automotive customers, designing end-to-end solutions from requirement to after-sales.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build PLM roadmaps and lead requirement elicitation in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end PLM processes covering Engineering (design, BOM, Requirement Management, Variant Management, Project Management) and Manufacturing (MBOM).
• Direct Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
• Interface directly with customers to manage technical and business requirements.
• Map business needs to PLM platform solutions using 3DEXPERIENCE V6.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in PLM or related domains.
• Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE V6 2022x or later.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end PLM processes from requirement to after-sales.
• Proficiency with Mql, Jpo, and Ui3.
• Experience with CAD, CAM, and CAE tool functions.
• Exposure to Cloud migration, SaaS, and AWS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree.
