Description

You will lead enterprise solution architecture for large-scale modernization and re-engineering programs, spanning application, data, and integration layers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud-native architectures using .NET Core/.NET 6+/.NET 8, C#, and Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, ADF, APIs).
• Architect data solutions including ETL pipelines, migration strategies, and integration patterns.
• Drive legacy system modernization by applying HP NonStop/Mainframe concepts, COBOL, and reverse engineering techniques.
• Implement AI-led delivery models where AI generates code and humans validate, utilizing GenAI/Agentic AI tools.
• Execute delivery within Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) while ensuring CI/CD and test automation standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in enterprise solution architecture with deep expertise in application, data, and integration.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, .NET 6+, .NET 8, and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Data Factory.
• Proven track record in large-scale modernization, re-engineering, and legacy-to-cloud transitions.
• Experience with API design, messaging, and data architecture/ETL.
• Familiarity with HP NonStop, Mainframe, COBOL, and batch processing.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) and iterative delivery.

Preferred Skills

• BFSI domain experience, particularly in Insurance or Lending.
• Experience with test automation and DevOps/CI/CD frameworks.
