Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and design for telecom projects, focusing on OSS applications for NOC.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, design, and architecture.
Set up and configure OSS tools such as HPE vTEMIP, UCA, UOC, UTM, IBM Tivoli, Netcool, etc.
Provide hands-on development using Core Java or Python for OSS solutions.
Work with UI/UX design for intuitive NOC applications.
Manage system deployment and maintenance using Kubernetes and Linux OS.
Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern infrastructure technologies (VMware, RHV, Oracle, PostgreSQL).

Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in telecom OSS.
Expertise in OSS products and technologies (HPE vTEMIP, IBM Tivoli, Netcool, etc.).
Strong development skills in Core Java or Python.
Proficiency in Kubernetes and Linux OS system administration.
Experience with UI/UX design for telecom or NOC systems.
Hands-on experience with VMware, RHV, and Oracle/PostgreSQL databases.
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for telecom solutions
