Description

You will define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for Finance Analytics, covering GBS, Treasury, Tax, Audit, FP&A, and other Baxter Finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leadership, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to translate business strategies into technology solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership across programs, ensuring consistency and integration with best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance financial capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration across ERP systems, financial applications, data platforms, and reporting tools.
• Implement and operationalize AI-driven analytics solutions, including Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in Finance Analytics.
• Strong expertise in ETL tools, specifically Informatica.
• Deep understanding of data analytics and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with the Snowflake data platform.
• Proficiency with Power BI for reporting and dashboarding.
• Strong experience in data pipeline orchestration and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architecture.
• Ability to translate BI/reporting requirements into scalable data and reporting designs.
• Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks and governance.
