Description

You will design and lead scalable payment processing solutions and cloud modernization initiatives on a modernized platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable payment processing solutions within the modernized platform.
• Define architecture and design standards in collaboration with enterprise architects and business partners.
• Lead cloud modernization efforts using AWS and cloud-agnostic strategies.
• Create high-level design documents, architecture roadmaps, and technology adoption guidelines.
• Mentor development teams on cloud-native and microservices best practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall experience with at least 10 years in solution architecture.
• Extensive expertise in cloud modernization, preferably with AWS.
• Strong background in Java development.
• Proven experience in solutions design, including domain-driven design and microservices architecture.
• Secondary skills in Kafka and container deployment strategies such as RedHat OpenShift.
• Experience with modern tech stacks including MongoDB or CockroachDB.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-agnostic solutions beyond specific vendor lock-in.
• Background in payment processing systems.
