You will design and maintain IT infrastructure to align with business goals and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the IT strategy and technical roadmap to support business objectives.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient IT solutions.
• Translate business needs from executives and department heads into technical architectures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide implementation recommendations.
• Establish technical standards and policies to ensure consistent, compliant IT practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT architecture or infrastructure design.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion.
• Proficiency with Workday.
• Experience managing Supply Chain systems.
• Experience with HCM modules.
• Ability to align technical infrastructure with organizational business goals.
• Proven track record of overseeing solution implementation.
