Description

You will design and implement AI-driven solutions across omnichannel platforms to automate and personalize user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of AI-based solutions for web, mobile, chatbots, and voice platforms.
  • Prepare conceptual architectures leveraging machine learning, NLP, and GenAI for virtual assistants and recommendation engines.
  • Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions through stakeholder engagement and JAD sessions.
  • Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and UX teams to architect end-to-end AI systems.
  • Develop architecture documentation including AI model lifecycles, data flow diagrams, and integration plans.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on AI and machine learning.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of AI limitations, including governance and bias.
  • Experience evaluating AI technologies by analyzing technical whitepapers and research papers.
  • Ability to present AI strategies and architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience with AI/ML and Solution Architecture.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and enterprise architecture alignment.
