Description

You will design and build complex hybrid cloud solutions integrating Mirantis Container Cloud with HPC clusters.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end hybrid cloud solutions, balancing performance and compliance.
• Implement HPC job scheduling strategies using Slurm, Volcano, or similar tools for deterministic resource allocation.
• Optimize high-performance containerization to minimize overhead and eliminate noisy-neighbor issues.
• Operate an enterprise-grade ELK Stack tuned for HPC-scale log throughput and ILM.
• Build IaC-driven automation pipelines using Terraform and Ansible for Mirantis Kubernetes Engine deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in systems architecture or engineering roles.
• 5+ years in HPC, Cloud Infrastructure, or enterprise-scale DevOps environments.
• Expertise in Docker Runtime and Mirantis Kubernetes Engine (MKE).
• Hands-on experience with HPC schedulers such as Slurm or Volcano.
• Strong understanding of ELK Stack pipeline performance optimization.
• Experience building CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Argo Workflows.
• Demonstrated experience supporting compliance frameworks, including ITAR or NIST 800-53.
• Familiarity with AWS HPC environments (EKS, AWS Batch).
• Knowledge of MPI, GPU compute workloads, and low-latency networks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• Experience with dedicated HPC cluster integration.
