Define strategic technology roadmaps and translate business requirements into scalable enterprise architecture solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align architecture initiatives with long-term IT and business strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, communicating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to enterprise standards.
• Break down business requirements into scalable features and user stories, maintaining traceability in Jira.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, cloud architectures, and digital transformation solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Solution, Enterprise, or Technical Architecture.
• Proven experience defining technology roadmaps and working directly with business leadership.
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
• Proficiency with enterprise tools: Jira, Lucidchart, and Confluence.
• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Mandatory healthcare industry experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with Kaiser Permanente.
• Certification in TOGAF architecture framework.
• Hands-on experience with AI and Generative AI initiatives.
