Description

You will design and implement the architecture and infrastructure for generative AI systems, ensuring scalable data storage, processing, and retrieval mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable GenAI architectures, including data collection, integration, and transformation pipelines.
• Lead technical decisions regarding external GenAI service providers such as Microsoft and Amazon.
• Optimize and fine-tune large language models to improve performance, latency, memory, and throughput.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate business requirements into enterprise GenAI solutions.
• Mentor development teams and ensure alignment with ethical AI practices, addressing bias and transparency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an AI Architect or in a similar role.
• Proven experience developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, GenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, EmbedChain, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Strong proficiency in NLP using NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim, BERT, and SBERT models.
• Hands-on experience with models such as BERT, GPT, and Roberta.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, statistics, Knowledge Graphs, and AI Agents.
• 3+ years of experience with Python and other programming languages.
• Proficiency in using Azure or AWS cloud platforms for GenAI implementation.
• Experience with Machine Learning, SQL, and GenAI workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of training neural networks using TensorFlow or PyTorch for NLP use cases.
