Senior Solution Engineer

You will design, install, and support Oracle Xsitorre, Retail, and Merchandise systems for global divisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high availability application techstacks on EXADATA platforms.
• Perform hands-on configuration, development, and troubleshooting of complex clustered Oracle Weblogic and Web-Server environments.
• Manage disaster recovery environments to ensure business continuity.
• Execute health checks and proactive monitoring using Oracle Enterprise Manager, Grid Control, and UNIX shell scripts.
• Conduct code reviews and interface with product vendors for technical resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience implementing Oracle products.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Xsitorre and Retail (MOM) Suite.
• Expertise in Oracle Application Techstack and Oracle RDBMS.
• Deep understanding of Xsitorre architecture, including Lead-Non lead, Xenvironment, and EFTLink.
• Knowledge of Xsitorre Office suite and the Oracle Retail/Xsitorre data model.
• Experience with EOD processes and Xsitorre POS store opening processes.
• Proficiency in analyzing and tuning Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Retail, and POS systems.
• Ability to work within SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience adhering to SOX, PCI, and security policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe Agile, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Development experience with Ansible, Azure, Groovy, Maven, Splunk, and AppD.
• Bachelor's Degree in technology or information systems.
