Description

Lead implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex Oracle Retail and Xstore environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration, development, and implementation for Oracle Retail (MOM) and POS (Xstore) systems.
• Manage high availability architectures on EXADATA platforms and maintain disaster recovery environments.
• Execute proactive monitoring and health checks using Oracle Enterprise Manager, Grid Control, and UNIX shell scripts.
• Analyze and tune application performance for Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Retail, and Xstore.
• Document production readiness using Confluence and review Java code to identify bugs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience implementing Oracle products.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Xstore and Retail (MOM) suites.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Application Techstack and Oracle RDBMS.
• Deep understanding of Xstore architecture, including Lead-Non lead and the Office suite.
• Proficiency in Xstore environment, EFTLink, and the Oracle Retail/Xstore data model.
• Experience with EOD processes and Xstore POS store opening processes.
• Expertise installing and troubleshooting clustered Oracle Weblogic and Web-Server environments.
• Ability to work within SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible, Azure, Groovy, Maven, Splunk, and AppD.
• Expert understanding of the SAFe Agile framework.
