Description

Own CI/CD migration and automation for application teams, transitioning from Jenkins and manual processes to GitHub Actions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Migrate app teams from Jenkins, RLM, or manual deployments to GitHub Actions.
• Create, debug, and optimize CI/CD pipeline stages and workflows.
• Implement automation and configurations for successful integration across various codebases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex DevOps issues, including Jenkins failures and Kubernetes cluster problems.
• Write POM and Settings files from scratch and manage build systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep expertise in GitHub Actions workflows, execution, and runners.
• Strong understanding of build systems: Maven, NPM, PyPi, .NET, MSBuild.
• Proficiency in Jenkins pipelines (Declarative, Multibranch, Maven) and troubleshooting.
• Experience with infrastructure as code: Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps.
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (pods, logs, nodes, Helm charts).
• Tools: Artifactory, SonarQube, UCD, JIRA, ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT with equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• CI/CD experience with NPM or NuGet.
• Scripting experience in Groovy, Shell, or Python.
