Bridge the gap between business development and technical delivery by designing digital solutions for client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development executives to identify opportunities with current and prospective clients.
• Engage with executive-level stakeholders to extract business challenges and establish a vision for digital solutions.
• Collaborate with competency teams to develop projects, manage tradeoffs, and lead approach evaluations.
• Orchestrate project planning, estimation, and deliverables to ensure solutions are winnable and achievable.
• Present cohesive solutions to senior-level stakeholders and drive initial implementation to ensure team success.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience crafting and delivering digital solutions.
• 3+ years of experience at a digital-first agency or consultancy focused on sales, estimation, and delivery.
• Expertise in Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Technical depth in strategy, digital design, software development, or digital analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, or SAP.
• Knowledge of commerce, customer data platforms, and mobile products.
• Strong executive presence with ability to negotiate and influence senior leadership.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to write persuasive proposal copy and polished written communications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
