Lead technical architecture, standards development, and modernization initiatives across legacy and cloud-based systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce technical standards for microservices, SSO, CI/CD, IaC, and security practices on Azure.
• Lead solution architecture for new projects and enhancements to existing legacy systems.
• Drive the consolidation and migration of legacy environments, including AS400, Synergex/Synergy, and Oracle/PLSQL, to a unified cloud platform.
• Participate in code reviews, write frameworks, and perform hands-on coding when required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to align technical solutions with organizational strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in Azure cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency with SSO, CI/CD, and IaC implementation.
• Direct experience modernizing legacy systems such as AS400, Synergex, and Oracle/PLSQL.
• Strong ability to engage in technical and executive-level discussions.
• Proven track record of creating architectural standards and frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale system consolidation and business process alignment across merged organizations.
