You will implement technology-based business solutions by bridging the gap between technical and operational stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for changes to business products, processes, and systems.
• Own the full development lifecycle by creating detailed functional and non-functional specifications, system flows, and data models.
• Drive business requirement processing including Epic and User Story creation, story pointing in JIRA, and test case development.
• Guide stakeholders through business case development, feature prioritization, and quarterly scope definition.
• Define acceptance criteria and partner with Operations teams to standardize testing processes and troubleshoot defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or solution design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of expertise.
• Proficiency in Agile Model and Scrum methodology.
• Working knowledge of AWS and API microservices.
• Experience with JIRA for story pointing and requirement management.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience conducting thorough analysis of business processes to identify automation improvements.
• Skill in interpreting data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
