Description

Lead integration and deployment of large-scale customer interaction analytics solutions. Own data integration, solution implementation, and maintenance for enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Integrate applications with backend enterprise systems using ETL, SQL, XML, and scripting.
• Review peer designs and implementations for integration projects to ensure quality.
• Develop system specifications through requirements gathering, research, and analysis.
• Specify deployment best practices and standards while overseeing technical documentation.
• Act as a technical consultant to project managers and business subject matter experts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data-oriented enterprise projects.
• Extensive ETL experience with DataStage, Informatica, or Ab Initio.
• Deep knowledge of MSSQL concepts and SQL DBA activities, including query optimization, indexing, and performance troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with XML, SQL, and scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, file share protocols, file encryption, and cross-domain connectivity.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot software and data inconsistencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing technical leadership.
• Ability to manage detailed project plans and monitor progress.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, Python, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM APIs and integration.
