Description

Lead enterprise architecture for application separation, data segregation, and migration strategies across a diverse estate of ~80 applications in regulated environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design physical separation of data centres and develop migration strategies for workloads to new environments.
• Define application architecture, data segregation patterns, and tenant controls for platforms like GBST, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Produce high-level designs, decoupling patterns, and transition plans to translate architecture into actionable outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure clear communication of complex concepts.
• Contribute to governance frameworks while maintaining strict identity separation and network segmentation standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise solution architecture, corporate disentanglement, or divestiture programmes.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 tenant architecture and Azure AD.
• Strong knowledge of network segmentation, data residency, and SaaS platforms in regulated environments.
• Proficiency with TOGAF, Azure, AWS, GBST, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Experience in UK financial services (wealth management, pensions, insurance) is highly valued.
• Familiarity with FCA and GDPR compliance requirements.
• Architecture certifications such as TOGAF, Azure, or AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data centre physical separation and legacy estate modernization.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and vendor collaboration.
