• Design and implement scalable software solutions using microservices architecture.
• Lead the development and integration of applications using Spring and Kafka.
• Utilize AWS cloud services to enhance performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers on engineering best practices and standards.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.

Required Skills

• 13-16 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Expertise in Java and the Spring framework.
• Extensive experience with Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of API design and implementation.
• Proven track record designing scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
• Experience supporting project delivery from concept through deployment using agile practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to technology strategy.
