Description

Lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise IT solutions for clients in Kansas City, MO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architectural lifecycle, documenting business needs and designing current/future state diagrams.
• Govern solution development by establishing standards, roadmaps, and best practices across architecture disciplines.
• Conduct complex architectural assessments and proactively recommend system improvements.
• Manage integration of diverse technologies across cloud, SaaS, and on-premise environments.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategy and execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive architectural experience with a proven track record in solution design.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Infor M3, JD Edwards, Node.js, Java, RPG, .NET, and iSeries platforms.
• Proficiency in data integration and visualization tools including Informatica, Tableau, and SQL Server.
• Ability to create technical documentation and diagrams using Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Livestock, or Energy sectors.
• Familiarity with business processes such as supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement.
