Description

You will own the technical roadmap and architecture for HR and Legal compliance applications.

Responsibilities

• Define product technical roadmaps and architecture for Legal Compliance Check products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product requirements and functional specifications.
• Design technical solutions for ETL workflows and enhance data warehousing using Informatica.
• Mentor project teams and provide technical guidance to ensure solution standards.
• Analyze user requirements and coordinate with functional experts and developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT consulting, analysis, or development.
• Proven experience with SOA and Microservices-based applications (minimum 6 months).
• Strong proficiency in developing and enhancing data warehousing solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica and other ETL tools.
• Ability to design technical solutions for complex ETL workflows.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Business, or Engineering.
• Willingness to travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring development teams on architectural standards.
