Description

You will lead the end-to-end design of complex Salesforce CPQ solutions, including usage-based pricing and ERP integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Salesforce CPQ solutions, covering product configuration, complex pricing logic, and output document generation.
• Design and implement data models to support usage-based pricing, integrating external usage data into Salesforce Billing or third-party engines.
• Define system architecture best practices ensuring solutions are scalable and align with Salesforce multi-tenant standards.
• Oversee the integration between Salesforce CPQ/Billing and downstream ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce CPQ.
• Proven experience implementing Usage-Based Pricing (UBP) models, including consumption schedules and metered billing.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Billing package usage mediation and rating.
• Expert knowledge of CPQ Plugins (Quote Calculator Plugin - QCP) and Price Rules.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex pricing discrepancies between rating engines and invoices.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Product teams to translate pricing strategies into technical requirements.
