Description

You will lead high-level design, reference architecture, and implementation for complex programs across Customer Experience, Service Management, and AI/ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level design and reference architecture for omni-channel systems and workflow orchestration.
• Design solutions for sales and service transactions, including ordering, billing, provisioning, and technical support flows.
• Drive the discovery and prototyping of new technologies for AI solutions and Large Language Model integration.
• Define methodologies, best practices, and research vendor products to meet non-functional requirements like scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and Data Engineering teams to align architecture with strategic roadmaps and business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in large enterprise systems for Fortune 500 companies, preferably in Telco or Service Provider sectors.
• 2-3 years of experience with the Pega Platform and designing Pega integrations.
• 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML modeling and GenAI technologies.
• 2-3 years of experience with Service Management solutions.
• Proficiency with ReactJS, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of modern authentication mechanisms such as JWT.
• Deep understanding of system relationships and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Experience designing for high-volume traffic, scalability, and performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega Workflow Case Management, Pega recommendation, Google GCP, Google CCAI, LLM models, or Adobe.
• Experience building reusable components and front-end libraries.
