Description

You will serve as a lead technical consultant embedded with existing Gainsight clients to ensure they maximize platform value.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical strategy for existing Gainsight customers to maximize adoption and plan for scalability.
• Work with Customer Success teams to drive technical initiatives and achieve defined customer outcomes.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions to interpret and document complex business needs thoroughly.
• Configure Gainsight instances according to best practices and conduct enablement sessions for stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate potential issues or risks, partnering internally and externally for resolution.

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of Professional Services or Enterprise product implementation experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of CRM, databases, data integration processes, Salesforce.com, and various SaaS platforms.
• Deep understanding and implementation experience with Web services, APIs, and Webhooks.
• Proven ability to lead complex requirement gathering and develop strategic technical roadmaps.
• Demonstrated executive presence communicating with technical, business, and senior leader stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, consultative, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with highly complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on 3+ years of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with enterprise-level data architecture and strategy.
