Description

You will lead technical strategy for Gainsight clients to maximize platform adoption and scalability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy and implementation planning for existing Gainsight customers.
• Partner with Customer Success teams to execute technical initiatives and achieve customer outcomes.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions to document complex business needs.
• Configure Gainsight instances following best practices and lead stakeholder enablement sessions.
• Identify risks and escalate issues, coordinating with internal and external teams for resolution.

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of Professional Services or Enterprise product implementation experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of CRM, Salesforce.com, databases, and data integration processes.
• Deep understanding of Web services, APIs, and Webhooks.
• Proven ability to lead complex requirement gathering and develop strategic technical roadmaps.
• Experience communicating with technical, business, and senior leader stakeholders.
• Experience working with highly complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with enterprise-level data architecture and strategy.
