Description

Lead the design, architecture, and hands-on implementation of Elasticsearch solutions. You will own the end-to-end delivery of search and analytics infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Elasticsearch clusters to meet search and analytics requirements.
• Configure and optimize indices, mappings, and the broader Elastic Stack including Logstash and Kibana.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cluster performance to resolve technical issues.
• Implement security measures, including encryption and access control, across the stack.
• Design efficient log shipping and data ingestion processes in collaboration with dev and ops teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience working with Elasticsearch.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Hands-on capability in designing and architecting Elasticsearch environments.
• Proficiency with AWS and Cloud Computing environments.
• Ability to independently drive projects from conception to completion.
• Experience integrating Elastic Stack components like Logstash and Kibana.
• Strong understanding of data ingestion and logging capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to implement security best practices for search clusters.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide training to team members on Elastic Stack usage.
