Description

You will design and implement architectural solutions for data engineering projects and define technology roadmaps across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Design technical architectures that align with organizational data analysis goals and operational requirements.
• Recommend modern technology stacks and lead engineering teams through migration processes.
• Configure architectures and advise engineering teams on efficient implementation and usage.
• Lead work streams and manage project components to deliver technical objectives within scope.
• Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating products and providing thought leadership to clients.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of data engineering experience involving data warehouse and data lake projects.
• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or solutions architecture.
• 5+ years of experience working with data cloud technologies.
• 3+ years of experience within the Snowflake ecosystem, demonstrating depth in solving business cases.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, and Fivetran.
• Experience driving independent projects through the complete software development life cycle.
• Proficiency in developing software using agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of leveraging AI capabilities within data warehouse and data lake implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake certification.
• Experience managing globally distributed or offshore teams.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience authoring and presenting technical documentation.
