Description

Lead end-to-end architectural analysis and design for the Plan Administration Modernization (PAMM) initiative, owning the unified solution strategy for customer-facing enterprise portals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural vision for PAMM, translating business and security requirements into end-to-end solution designs.
• Design secure access and authorization patterns using RBAC, ABAC, and ReBAC frameworks.
• Ensure consistent application of enterprise architecture standards and prepare artifacts for gate-based SDLC reviews.
• Identify architectural risks, gaps, and dependencies, including CIAM integrations, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in gate-based SDLC processes and architecture governance.
• Strong experience with API-driven and event-driven microservice-based architecture patterns.
• Proficiency in cloud-native architecture and cloud integration patterns.
• Experience designing customer-facing enterprise portal solutions.
• Working knowledge of REST and GraphQL API design.
• Ability to articulate trade-offs, risks, and feasibility to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms.
• Background in early-stage technology research and prototyping.
