Lead AI implementation and cybersecurity architecture as a senior individual contributor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of Zoom AI Companion and Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot, establishing usage guidelines and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the AI task force to define best practices and evaluate risks related to data privacy and copyright.
• Manage cybersecurity initiatives using Arctic Wolf to monitor alerts and execute patch management for network and user devices.
• Audit and reorganize Active Directory, specifically managing and reducing large volumes of existing groups.
• Streamline Jira and Confluence workflows to reduce ticket backlogs and improve team efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture with a focus on AI integration and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot and Zoom AI Companion.
• Proficiency with Arctic Wolf for cybersecurity monitoring and Intune for endpoint management of 225+ users.
• Direct experience managing Active Directory and conducting large-scale group audits.
• Technical proficiency in Jira and Confluence for IT operations and workflow organization.
• Proven ability to handle patch management and high-priority security alerts.
• Strong ability to develop training and documentation for cross-functional teams.
