You will provide technical expertise to the sales team by designing solutions tailored to specific customer requirements and environments.
Responsibilities
Design configurations and architectures based on customer technical specifications and unique environments.
Develop technical specifications, network diagrams, and detailed proposals for prospective clients.
Lead technical responses for RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes in collaboration with sales and RFP teams.
Collaborate with Product, Deployment, and Services teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Document technical knowledge base content to drive internal expertise.
Required Skills
8+ years of total professional work experience, with 3+ years specifically designing and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.
Proven track record of delivering systems technical design for enterprise customers.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise software solutions including VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Microsoft Clustering.
Expertise in designing high availability and disaster recovery architectures.
Deep understanding of server hardware platforms including Intel, HP, Dell, IBM, AWS, Azure, and Google.
Experience designing server hardware components including CPUs, memory, storage, and network cards.
Technical proficiency in Blades, Clusters, HPC, GPGPU, and Co-Processing solutions.
Advanced knowledge of storage technologies including NAS, DAS, SAN, RAID, DDP, Fiber Channel, and iSCSI.
Knowledge of file transfer protocols (SFTP), VPNs, and SSO_SAML configurations.
Familiarity with network and telecommunication products such as Cisco, HP, Avaya, and Genesys.
Expertise in call recorders, audio/text/survey formats, and metadata formats.
Preferred Skills
Technical understanding of cloud providers including NICE, Verint, Calabrio, Five9, Twilio, Genesys, AWS, Azure, and Google.
