Description

You will own end-to-end partner integration support, technical troubleshooting, and API program onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve partner inquiries and technical issues through deep analysis and troubleshooting.
• Assess integration implementations against certification rules and configure required environments.
• Provide technical consultation and education to partners regarding API usage and best practices.
• Monitor live API partners and provide feedback to improve developer processes.
• Act as a technical peer to business development teams to support new partner integration launches.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an Integrations Engineer.
• Significant hands-on experience with Boomi.
• Strong proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, HTTP, XML, and JSON.
• Programming proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Extensive experience with SQL.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and run escalations across multiple groups.
• Experience in external client-facing roles with strong on-spot solutioning.
• Understanding of enterprise application and SaaS architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years tenure in previous relevant roles.
