Description

You will own the architecture of customer data solutions and provide technical guidance throughout implementation and operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers during implementation and operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business goals, data architecture, and technical requirements.
• Mentor and grow the solution engineering team with structured guidance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture and designing scalable data solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Hive and SQL.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong mentorship and team leadership skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers in a structured manner.
