Description

You will design and deliver technical solutions for enterprise applications, focusing on cloud infrastructure, modern dashboards, and low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect technical solutions for cloud-based applications using AWS and Azure, specifically developing dashboards with Power BI for FNS ARPA BIA, Medicaid, and CA programs.
• Develop new applications and extensions using Power Apps for initiatives like FNS trail budget and pipeline projects.
• Execute application modernization strategies post-migration to AWS, including notice modernization, paper form processing, and baseline API creation using tools like Dell Boomi and MuleSoft.
• Create user-responsive interfaces using low-code/no-code technologies and maintain existing relational database structures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years providing technical solutions with structured system development methodologies using Java and J2EE.
• 10+ years experience developing technical solutions for enterprise applications, including cloud environments.
• 4+ years experience developing applications using the Power Platform.
• 5+ years experience with Oracle, Oracle Utilities, ETL tools, or other relational databases.
• 5+ years experience with PL/SQL, database scripting, and relational database modeling.
• 4+ years experience developing solutions using AngularJS, ReactJS, and related frontend tools.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex technical procedures independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Curam Framework.
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Shift Left testing.
