Description

You will own the technical pre-sales, implementation, and support lifecycle for complex mortgage technology solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members on mortgage technology solutions and support Sales/BD onboarding.
• Manage and support demo environments showcasing ICE Mortgage Technology product capabilities.
• Participate in discovery for system updates and conversion projects across origination and servicing.
• Provide demonstration support for products including Encompass LOS, TPO Connect, and Data Connect.
• Assist sales in preparing responses to RFIs/RFPs and supporting cross-selling efforts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of consulting or consultative selling for enterprise software.
• Experience configuring or troubleshooting client-server and mission-critical mortgage software.
• Proficiency with XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, .NET, JavaScript, and scripting.
• Experience with database architecture and cloud deployment strategies (AWS, Azure).
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise clients through pre-sale and post-sale phases.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business Management.
• 5+ years’ experience with enterprise software configuration, including Encompass/MSP Administration.
