Description

You will lead an agile development team as the technical authority, ensuring strict adherence to SDLC procedures and architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures, patterns, and standards to guide application development.
• Partner with IT and business leadership to define roadmaps for current and future state architectures.
• Review solution designs and implementations for conformity with secure coding standards and best practices.
• Provide working code examples and templates of new design patterns for developers.
• Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements and troubleshoot complex, multi-faceted issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Expertise in architecting solutions for datacenter-based deployment environments.
• Proficiency with C# and .NET.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and LINQ.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a self-managed capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated industries such as finance.
• Familiarity with UML, C4 modeling, or the finance domain.
