Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Data products and AI solutions to enhance the existing product and services portfolio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource in customer and partner meetings, engaging with stakeholders from Data Scientists to C-level executives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy, covering problem framing, data preparation, model building, deployment, and management.
• Lead the development of product demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate solution feasibility.
• Oversee the deployment of AI solutions into client environments and own the technical hand-off to Delivery and Engineering teams.
• Partner with Sales and Product leaders to align technical parameters with commercial goals and identify product gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including solution design in B2B software or AI/ML consulting.
• 5+ years of consulting experience leading a solution engineering team.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Practical knowledge of Data Science tools like AWS SageMaker or AzureML.
• Ability to execute value-centric sales motions using methodologies like MEDDIC.
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience building and implementing Machine Learning or Generative AI models.
• Experience with Dataiku, DataRobot, H2O, or Jupyter Notebooks.
