Senior Sourcing & Contracts Specialist

Manage complex procurement cycles and contract negotiations within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate Software as a Service (SaaS) contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Execute strategic sourcing activities and category management processes.
• Manage Statements of Work (SOW) and associated procurement documentation.
• Drive end-to-end sourcing workflows to meet organizational requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in commercial procurement or financial services.
• Proven expertise in negotiating Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements.
• Deep understanding of Strategic Sourcing and Category Management.
• Proficiency in procurement processes and contract negotiation.
• Experience managing Statements of Work (SOW).
• Background in commercial environments rather than government-heavy procurement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience purchasing market data or managing data subscriptions.
• Experience using Workday strategic solutions or WSS (Scout RFP).
