Description

Own the end-to-end testing and analysis of datasets across multiple customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Execute stress testing on processes and perform root cause analysis to identify and document problems.
• Govern data repositories and recommend datasets to ensure seamless dataflow within stipulated timeframes.
• Analyze data through visualization and presentations to detect operational opportunities.
• Test the effectiveness of new tools and measurement systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, process owners, and technical resources to drive data-driven decisions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
• Expertise in SQL and Python.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Data Visualization.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office / GSuite skills.
• Experience with Process Mapping.
• Ability to gather and join multiple data points to derive logical conclusions.
• Strong articulation skills to explain procedural information to leadership.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
