Senior Specialist – BSA

You will design and govern solution architectures that align business objectives with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define business use cases and Proof of Concept (POC) requirements to support operational initiatives.
• Translate business processes into conceptual architectures covering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Map "as-is" business processes using value stream mapping to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Identify and communicate business, application, and technical risks at both component and enterprise levels.
• Own solution quality throughout the SDLC and participate in long-term architecture planning sessions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis or solution architecture.
• Deep functional configuration experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
• Hands-on expertise with SAP SD Pricing, EDI, and IDOCs.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including integration with MM and FICO.
• Experience with Dynamic Sales Order Management, specifically ATP, Outputs, and Material Inclusion/Exclusion.
• Proficiency in Logistics Execution and core manufacturing domain processes.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end project planning, organization, and execution.
• Advanced analytical, technical, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
