Good to Have Skills: Observability best practices, analytical tools like Excel, Dataiku, Spotfire and PowerBI, basic scripting skills in Ansible, familiarity with Syslog and log collection analytics, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Network as a Service (NaaS) knowledge, experience working in international environment, strong presentation and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible and accountable for managing one or more network monitoring tools in the enterprise environment.
• Serve as technical architect in developing and refining overall monitoring strategy, architecture and their roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership in performing planning, deployment, and optimization of enterprise level network monitoring environment.
• Collaborate with other network professionals from different product teams to develop and implement new ideas into tangible solutions.
• Manage and maintain multiple monitoring tools ensuring they meet operational needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory of monitored devices and ensure all monitoring parameters adhere to corporate monitoring catalogues.
• Troubleshoot complex network monitoring problems and provide remediation plans as well as permanent resolutions.
• Streamline operations by automating repetitive tasks to increase efficiency across the board.
• Create clear and concise presentations for management, stakeholders and executives on monitoring initiatives.
• Coordinate work tasks with others for timely completion and to avoid potential project setbacks.

Experience Required: More than 10 years of experience as a network monitoring engineer managing monitoring tools. Strong networking knowledge at CCNP level. Proven track record of working on complex projects with broad understanding of various networking technologies.

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution or equivalent corporate working experience
