Description

You will architect, deploy, and optimize enterprise network monitoring strategies and tooling. You own the technical roadmap for monitoring infrastructure, ensuring reliability and operational efficiency across complex network environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the overall network monitoring strategy, architecture, and roadmaps.
• Lead the planning, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-level monitoring solutions.
• Manage and maintain multiple monitoring tools, ensuring they meet strict operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex monitoring issues and provide permanent remediation plans.
• Automate repetitive tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a network monitoring engineer.
• CCNP-level networking knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with LogicMonitor, NetBrain, ThousandEyes, BigPanda, and Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Strong understanding of Service Management and ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to create clear presentations for stakeholders and executives.
• Experience working in international environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Ansible, Syslog, and log collection analytics.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Network as a Service (NaaS).
• Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel, Dataiku, Spotfire, and PowerBI.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent corporate experience.
