Description

Lead the transition of data science prototypes into scalable, enterprise-grade machine learning systems for production environments.

Responsibilities

• Convert data science prototypes into production-ready, scalable machine learning systems.
• Lead a technical team by managing task allocation, project exploration, and delivery.
• Define AI solution architecture and optimize computer vision models for edge device deployment.
• Research and benchmark emerging edge AI technologies to improve performance and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate on project proposals, RFPs, and RFIs while engaging directly with clients.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing and delivering AI, ML, or analytics projects.
• 5-7 years of experience building computer vision and deep learning solutions for edge and cloud environments.
• Expertise in machine learning and deep learning algorithms, specifically CNNs and GNNs.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud deployment in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with edge AI technologies such as Nvidia Jetson or Google Coral.
• Operational experience with frameworks including Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, PyChamp, or Kite.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a relevant science discipline.
• Academic publications in journals, papers, or white papers.
