Description

You own the daily execution of procurement operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) for client needs.
• Onboard, collaborate with, and communicate with suppliers.
• Process invoices accurately and ensure adherence to procurement policies.
• Provide Level 1 functional support for procurement systems and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, AP, and Legal to resolve process exceptions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain support.
• Strong knowledge of the PR-PO lifecycle, invoice workflows, and supplier management.
• Familiarity with procurement platforms including SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.
• Ability to analyze operational data and pinpoint process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to shared services or global delivery models.
• Experience within SLA-based support environments.
