Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning across business cycles.
• Drive demand and inventory planning to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
• Develop allocation and supply/recovery plans to close demand gaps.
• Monitor supply, demand, inventory, and capacity requirements.
• Consolidate capacity requirements across front-end and silicon foundry operations.
• Support product start and ramp activities and manage supply chain escalations.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, business, and corporate supply chain teams.
• Use data and reporting tools to support planning and decision-making.

Experience Required:

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning, or Operations.
• Strong experience in demand planning, inventory planning, and supply planning.
• Experience in allocation planning and supply/recovery planning.
• Strong knowledge of forecast accuracy and capacity planning.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis and planning.
• Experience in the semiconductor or industrial industry is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
