Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead dynamic squad of developers, testers, and operations support to drive identification, design, and development of business enabling solutions
• Collaborate across ServiceNow value team and business stakeholders to understand business needs and develop multiyear strategic roadmaps
• Partner with business and technical teams to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and third-party applications
• Support development of custom reports, performance analytics, and executive dashboards in ServiceNow to provide real-time insights
• Lead team in prioritization of identified opportunities for improvements that would optimize ServiceNow solutions
• Ensure squad follows consistent required process of conducting thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and developments
• Ensure team compliance in maintaining comprehensive SDLC and technical documentation for all ServiceNow configurations and customizations
• Stay up to date with latest ServiceNow features, tools, and best practices

Experience Required: 7+ years of working experience as ServiceNow Developer, with 3-5+ years desired experience on GRC/IRM and/or Security Operations. Demonstrated delivery of at least 2-3 enterprise Security, Risk, Compliance/GRC implementations from design through deployment and support.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
