Description

You will lead a squad of developers, testers, and operations support to design, build, and deliver business-enabling ServiceNow solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, design, and development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring rigorous testing and adherence to SDLC standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define multi-year strategic roadmaps and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
• Drive prioritization of improvement opportunities to optimize solution performance and ensure compliance with technical documentation requirements.
• Develop custom reports, performance analytics, and executive dashboards to provide real-time operational insights.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3-5+ years focused on GRC/IRM or Security Operations.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Platform, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and solution architecture.
• Proven delivery of 2-3 enterprise Security, Risk, Compliance, or GRC implementations from design through deployment.
• Experience with Security Incident Response, System Integration, and Agile methodology.
• Ability to manage scoped apps, update sets, release management, and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CIS-Risk and Compliance, CIS-SecOps, CSA, CAD).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, SOX) and Generative AI integration.
