Description

Lead the design of complex user experiences and drive product strategy through hands-on UX deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and vision discussions, supporting PO/PMs with a focus on user needs.
• Execute the full design process including research, sketching, prototyping, and creating user flows, mind maps, and journey maps.
• Develop and present design concepts to stakeholders, justifying decisions using experience design principles.
• Own UX and UI deliverables for next-generation products, ensuring alignment with the Design System.
• Mentor and coach other designers while managing individual workloads to meet critical deadlines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UI and UX Design.
• 4+ years of experience as a Lead UX Designer.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and Jira.
• Proven ability to design complex systems and enterprise B2B interfaces.
• Working knowledge of Design Systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen to drive user adoption and conversion rates.
• Advanced skills in information hierarchy and prototyping.
• Strong written and presentation skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in user research and analysis.
• Workshop facilitation and ideation skills.
